    Gold Sponsors receive special exclusive speaking opportunities. The Gold Sponsors will have to their disposal a special meeting room with facilities for 50 guests where there are no other competing program sessions. These opportunities are offered on a first-come, first served basis. Sponsors can select 1 of 4 Super Sessions (1/2 hour slot before or after lunch every day). The Sponsor Program will be listed in the Official Program and on the web site.

Badge Lanyards (exclusive)
 

This sponsorship allows you to print your company’s one colour logo and/or message on the official badge lanyards, which will be distributed at Conference Registration. The Lanyard has to be provided by the sponsor.

Your company’s logo and hotlink will be displayed on Conference website. This is the place conference registrant and potential attendees rely upon to get the most up-to-date information about our plenary speakers and of other information. Each day the website is updated with the newest information about the conference. Following the conference, speaker handouts and the final program are prominently featured for free download.

 

Conference  Memory Stick (exclusive)
 

All conference handouts will be provided to each attendee on a single interactive memory stick. Sponsorship of the conference memory stick gives the sponsor increased visibility by having his or her logo and name displayed prominently on the cover of every conference delegate’s memory stick. 512MB Memory Sticks with the logo has to be provided by the sponsor.

 

Conference Registration Packet
 

We offer the opportunity to distribute your company's promotional material in the registration packet upon registration.

 

Daily Lunches
 

Each day of the conference, registrants, exhibitors and their guests gather in the Cicignion Restaurant for a complimentary lunch. As the sponsor of a meal, your name will be posted at the entrance of the Restaurant and near food stations. Your organization will also be highlighted in the final program given to all participants and on the conference website.

 

Cyber Café and Media Room

 

The PC stations of the centrally located Cyber Café and Media Room draw lines of people anxious to catch up on e-mail and confirm travel arrangements. As the sponsor of the Cyber Café, your name and logo will be posted near the PC stations. Your company will also be highlighted in the final program given to all participants upon registration.

  

Product Demonstrations
 

We are offering 30-minute Product Demonstrations for exhibitors who want to demonstrate their software or other products to interested attendees. Rooms with audiovisual support are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Firms conducting Product Demonstrations will receive a listing in the final program and conference website that promotes the time and place of the Product Demonstrations and a 50-word description of their product.
