e-mail your presentations to presentation@europacs.net
We strongly advice you to e-mail your presentation to us before the conference. Please prepare the presenting slides in MS PowerPoint or Adobe PDF-format.

Preview Room
Please check in the preview room if your presentation has been added.  The presentation should be checked and uploaded in the preview room at least 4 hours before each session begins.  A wireless network connects the computers in the preview room and the conference rooms. The presentation should be stored both on the main server in the preview room and on the computers in the conference room.

The presentation can be uploaded with a CDR or a USB memory stick.

Audio/Visual Equipment
All presenters are supposed to use only IBM compatible PC and a single LCD projector for all presentation both in the conference room and in scientific meetings. Each room will have a PC and LCD projector for presentation. The computer has Microsoft Power Point XP and Adobe PDF-Reader v 7.0 installed on Windows XP operating system.

If, for some reasons, you need to bring your own laptop (Macintosh, Linux etc) you must be in the session room at least 30 minutes before the session begins. We strongly recommends to use the conference equipment and avoid the use of own computers.

Session Schedule
Please check your session schedule before your presentation. Minor changes in the time schedule can occur.
